一、Product introduction： 

Hs-17 flexible waterproof coating (K11) is a two-component polymer modified cement - based waterproof material.Synthetic rubber1 emulsion made from acrylic polymer emulsion additives and other additives;The powder is composed of high quality cement, selected grade quartz sand and special polymer.When the liquid and powder are mixed in a certain proportion, a flexible elastic waterproof membrane is formed,this film has good adhesion to concrete and mortar,an form close and firm permanent union with it,prevents water from infiltrating,so as to achieve excellent waterproof effect.

二、Product advantages：

三、Scope of  application： 

1、Indoor and outdoor cement concrete, precast structure, brick walls and other construction structures waterproof.

2、Waterproof for underground parking, tunnel, mine, drainage and water supply pipeline, floor roof, wall floor, toilet, kitchen, flower trough, swimming pool, drinking pool, etc.

3、Waterproof around the pipe mouth, around the floor drain, after - cast joint, joint or expansion joint.

五、Method of construction：

1、Basal Plane Treatment：The base surface shall be stable, smooth, clean, free from dust, oil, air drum and other pine animals;If there are obvious pores, sand holes must be blocked and smoothed with cement mortar first, the yin-yang Angle should be made into an arc Angle.

2、Ingredient：Slowly pour the powder into the liquid mixture and stir well for 2 to 3 minutes until the paste is free of powder clumps.The mixture must be used up within 1 hour.Material ratio: weight ratio is [liquid: powder = 1:1.5].

3、Construction：Wet the base with water,Evenly cross - brush the mixture with a brush or roller brush.Be careful to avoid missing brush, at least two layers are required generally,the coating thickness is generally more than 1.2mm.After the first layer is constructed, the second layer must be constructed after the coating is dry and fixed. 

4、Materials consumption：When the waterproof coating thickness is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 1.5 ~ 1.8kg/㎡(refers to the mixture of liquid and powder

) The above dosage is in the case of flat base surface,the actual dosage shall be determined according to the specific substrate and loss.

 六、Matters needing attention：

1、Construction temperature is suitable for use in 5 ~ 45 ℃ environment;

2、The waterproof coating shall be protected as necessary before it is dry and fixed,including bans on pedestrian, rain erosion, exposure to the sun, freezing or sharp objects injury;Dry and solid coatings do not require special protective coatings. 

3、Product should be sealed storage in 5 ℃ above a cool and dry place, not hermetical product shelf life is one year.
