HS-04 Single component polyurethane water proof coating

一、Product introduction： 

　   Hs-04 single component polyurethane waterproof coating is the latest technology imported from foreign countries. It is made of imported polyurethane and other raw materials.This product has the characteristics of solidifying into a film when the coating can absorb the moisture of air after being scratched.Thus, it overcomes the disadvantage of the two-component polyurethane waterproof coating which needs to be mixed on site before use.This product is easy to construct, does not contain coal tar bitumen and non-toxic, tasteless, is widely used in waterproof engineering, is an ideal environment-friendly waterproof material.

1、No bituminous compounds, non - toxic, tasteless, non - polluting environmental products. 

2、Single component construction, easy operation, safe construction, overcome the double component materials mixed uneven distribution and impact on product quality.

3、Can in damp base surface construction, with good acid and alkali resistant, heat resistant to cold (- 30 ℃ ~ 90 ℃), aging resistance performance.

4、Good integrity, forming a tough elastic sealing layer after film forming, ordinary base surface can meet the waterproof requirements, and can be added pigment, making decorative color coating.

5、Strong adhesion, can be concrete with masonry, wood, glass, metal, rubber and other materials.

三、Scope of  application： 

1、Waterproofing works for flat, sloping roof, gutter, rain shed and irregular roof. 

2、Waterproof works for underground buildings, such as concrete floor, inner and outer walls, retaining walls, tunnels and pit.

3、Waterproofing works for various buildings, such as toilets, kitchens, swimming pools, flower beds, waterlock floors, construction joints, expansion joints, wall pipes, water outlets, etc.

4、Bonded corrosion: it can be used as pipeline corrosion protection, antiseptic floor, antiseptic tank.

五、Method of construction：

1、Basal Plane Treatment ：The construction surface shall be solid, smooth and dry, free from clear water, dust and oil, and shall be filled and smoothed at the low concave breaking point.

2、construction：Apply the rubber scraper or brown brush evenly to the base surface.Scratches should be repeated several times in both vertical directions to ensure the penetration and adhesion of the coating on the substrate.Ordinary waterproof can be applied to scrape a layer, if more important waterproof can be applied to scrape 2~3 layers, after scraping in the previous non-stick hand when the next layer construction.（Adding glass fiber cloth or non-woven cloth to the coating can improve its waterproof performance）.

3、construotion of insulation protection cover：To increase the adhesion between the waterproof layer and the protective layer,sprinkle the surface with coarse sand or fine stone rice before the second layer of coating is cured,then the bond between the protective layer and the waterproof layer can be firm.

4、Materials consumption: Thickness of 1mm is about 1.2~1.4kg/㎡, 1.5mm is about 1.6~2kg/㎡, and 2mm is about 2.5kg/㎡

六、Matters needing attention：  

1、Seal the opening of the product immediately after the package is opened but not used up,in case of moisture absorption and solidification and scrap.

If a thin film is formed on the surface due to improper storage, it can be removed and used again.If the whole barrel becomes film, it will be scrapped.

2、The product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, moisture-proof, heat-proof and fireproof place. The shelf life of the product is one year.
